- “Jobseeker” or “Candidate” means a person who is looking for a job on Our Site or on a job board We may use or has contacted Us by other means for the purpose of finding a job
- “Employer” or “Client” means a person or organisation that employs people
- “Recruiter” means recruitment agency or employment agency, a business that finds workers for other companies and organisations
- “Products” or “Services” means products and services made available by Us
- “Customer” means a company, organisation or a person that uses or buys Services from Us.

6.3. Users do not need to register on Our Site to be able to browse through the Site or any advertised vacancies or jobs.
6.4. For Candidates: when you apply to advertised vacancies or jobs, or send / upload your CV to Us, We collect the following information:
6.4.1. first name and last name
6.4.2. email address
6.4.3. phone number
6.4.4. address
6.4.5. date of birth.
6.5. For Employers: when you send Us or upload a job brief through Our Site, We collect the following information:
6.5.1. first name and last name
6.5.2. job title
6.5.3. email address
6.5.4. telephone number
6.5.5. organisation name
6.5.6. organisation address.
6.6. For Candidates, Employers or other users who contact Us directly or via Our Contact Us page on Our Site, We collect some or all of the following information:
6.6.1. first name and last name
6.6.2. job title
6.6.3. email address
6.6.4. telephone number
6.6.5. organisation name
6.6.6. organisation address.
6.7. For Candidates, Employers or other users who sign-up to Our newsletter via Our Site, We collect the following information:
6.7.1. first name and last name

6.7.3. your selection indicating whether you are a Jobseeker or an Employer.
6.8. Depending upon your use of Our Site, We may collect some or all of the following personal data indirectly from you via Cookies (please also see Part 14 on Our use of Cookies and similar technologies and Our Cookie Policy here):
6.8.1. IP address
6.8.2. web browser type and version
6.8.3. operating system
6.8.4. a list of URLs starting with a referring site, your activity on Our Site, and the site you exit to.
7. How Do You Use My Personal Data?

This may be because the data is necessary for Our performance of a contract with you, because you have consented to Our use of your personal data, or because it is in Our legitimate business interests to use it. 8. How Long Will You Keep My Personal Data?
8.1. We will We will keep your personal data for as long as necessary in order to fulfil the purpose for which it was first collected.
8.1.1. For Candidates: We will keep your personal data beyond the duration of our initial business relationship as we may support Candidates with finding jobs over many years and potentially throughout their career
8.1.2. For Employers: We will keep your personal data beyond the duration of our initial business relationship as we may work with you over many years and potentially as long as your and Our businesses continue to operate
8.1.3. For other users, suppliers and Customers: We will keep your personal data beyond the duration of our initial business relationship as we may work with you over many years and potentially as long as your and Our businesses continue to operate.
8.2. You have the right to withdraw your consent to Us using your personal data at any time and to request that We delete it.
9. How and Where Do You Store or Transfer My Personal Data?
9.1. Data collected under section 6.1 to 6.7 above will only be stored in the UK. This means that it will be fully protected under the GDPR.
9.2. Data collected under section 6.8 above may be stored in the UK, within the European Economic Area (the “EEA”, which consists of all EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein) or outside the EEA. You are deemed to accept and agree to this by using Our Site. If your data is stored outside the EEA, it will be done so within the relevant laws governing the activities of the Cookie provider. 9.3. The security of your personal data is essential to Us, and to protect your data, We have taken suitable measures to safeguard and secure data collected by Us.
10. Do You Share My Personal Data?
10.1. Subject to 10.2 to 10.6 below We will not share any of your personal data with any third parties for any purposes.
10.2. As Candidate, when applying to advertised vacancies on Our Site or uploading your CV and other personal information to Our Site or directly on a speculative basis with intention of finding a job, We may share your personal data including but not limited to your CV and contact details with Our Clients and prospective Clients.
10.3. We may also share your personal data including but not limited to your CV and contact details, provided to Us directly or via a job board, with Our Clients and prospective Clients on a speculative basis with the purpose of finding you a job.
10.4. In some limited circumstances, We may be legally required to share certain personal data, which might include yours, if We are involved in legal proceedings or complying with legal obligations, a court order, or the instructions of a government authority.
10.5. We may sometimes contract with third parties to supply certain products and services. These may include payment processing, delivery, web development, and marketing. In some cases, those third parties may require access to some or all of your personal data that We hold. If any of your personal data is required by a third party, as described above, We will take steps to ensure that your personal data is handled safely, securely, and in accordance with your rights, Our obligations, and the third party’s obligations under the law.
